Sheets are 24" × 33½" (approximately 61 cm × 85 cm), not sized, and acid-free, with four deckle edges. Weight is 45 gsm.
Handling Charge — When ordering sheets of paper or board larger than 18” x 24” in quantities of less than 10, a $3.00 per order handling fee applies. Paper or boards may be assorted to reach the quantity of 10.

Comments about Legion Papers Mulberry Paper:
I use this product for block printing. Sometimes it comes in great. Other times it is so thin it rips or there are already holes in it. I realize it comes from Japan and is handmade. Someone should check the quality before it is shipped to customers.

Great archival paper which works with my Epson printer to give me a translucent image.
Mulberry Paper Surprise
from Stockton CA
I was very impressed with the care that was taken to send my single piece of mulberry paper. I am a novice printer and have no experience with printing products so when my paper arrived packaged in such a huge, well sealed box, I didn't know what to expect! When I finally opened the wrappings, I was simply surprised to pull out a single sheet of delicate mulberry paper in pristine condition. I will be printing my first carved image on the paper next week. I am very anxious to see the final piece of art. Thank you.
The product will produce great prints, I'm sure!

I will be using the paper for my linocut prints. I'm looking forward to using it this week. It looks to be in good shape and not wrinkled and torn like the paper that our bookstore sells.

I have used this paper for years. My favorite paper for Japanese fish printing (gyotaku). It has the strength and flexibility to work with the wet and round fish.

I did a ink drawing after tearing the paper to leave rough edges. It turned out better than I expected.

This has always been one of my favorite printmaking papers. Beautiful deckles, nice sturdiness without being heavy, even takes to intaglio well because it can flex into the plate without tearing. You want to let it dry completely before handling because you can lose the texture while it's wet. Ink will absorb very deep into fibers so you always need a backing sheet. (But you do that already, right?) I don''t use it for drawing, but I can hand-color on a print on it if I'm gentle. It's a good price for handmade paper, but that can be high for some artists. Try a small print so you can get multiples from a sheet and see how you like it. Don't worry about the minimum order--you'll like it.
