Montana spray paint is probably the world's best-known graffiti spray paint. Since 2000 Montana has supported a group of artists called "The Montana Writer Team." All of the team's members — ATOM, CANTWO, DASH, SMASH137, and KENT — are internationally known and respected artists on the graffiti scene, and every one of them has been painting for at least 16 years.

Several times a year, Montana organizes wall productions around the world to raise awareness for its spray paint products. The Montana Writer Team has painted in Germany, Italy, Finland, Russia, Poland, USA, Spain, Switzerland, and Denmark, with plans to visit Asia, South America, and Australia. Ruedione, a photographer and one of the directors of Montana, has been instrumental in organizing the team. While accompanying the team on its trips, he has created portraits of each team member.
