This white, anti-halo monofilament polyester is especially good for 4-color process and close-tolerance screen printing. It's excellent for fine detail. The fabric is uniformly woven of the finest polyester monofilament thread.
Determine the fineness of a fabric in threads per inch (TPI), measured by counting the number of threads in two directions, along both the warp and the weft.
Fabric is available by the yard.

Great with a few hiccups

This screen is great. It allowed for high tension and held a good amount of emulsion without having to double layer. My one issue was that it came folded up in a shipper. This meant that I had a cross hatch pattern of creases. In the end even getting more than enough tension still left a small crease in one of my screens. Unfortunately that meant I had to iron the rest of the fabric to make it as seamless as possible. However being that I didn't want to close the holes I still had to settle with a few minor creases so I didn't melt the fabric. If this was ALWAYS shipped in a rolled up packing tube I would certainly suggest it to everyone. As it was I would probably buy again. But I highly suggest shipping without folding from here on out.

Need Flexible Size Ordering
By Savy Shopper
Would like to be able to order larger quantities without media being on one continuous roll. Needed two separate rolls of 15 yards ea. but received one big long roll 30 yards long. Otherwise works well.

I was surprised when my silk screen order arrived in such a large roll! I have been super pleased with this product, it was exactly what I was hoping for when I made this order.
Silk Screen material
from Nashville, TN
I have an unusual use for silk screen material. My hobby is model railroading. For that I build models of structures in HO scale (1:87). For some of those structures I want them to have screen doors and windows. Silk screen material represents window screening very well in this scale.
