I have used this brush cleaning system for many years and it has been invaluable. I constantly have fresh water at my fingertips. The bumps which I gently rub my brushes across leave them free of paint, ready to load with another color. And the dirty water is flushed away with clean water. This system preserves my brushes since I can immediately clean the paint out of them.

I have this on my desk in the studio and it contans several weeks supply of clean watercolour water. When contaminated press the button for it to drain away and be replaced by a new clean supply from the bottle. Use with a separate container for cleaning dirty brushes.

This product really saves time while painting because you have a change of fresh water at your fingertips. I have purchased 3 of these, one of which was a gift for someone else. It is also easy to keep clean.

I first saw this product in a watercolor class. Just what I wanted so I didn't have to change water so oftern. The instructor had used his for years and loved it.

This review is about the Rinse Well. I first saw it a couple years ago when I was first starting to learn to paint. I couldn't justify spending money on it when I didn't know if I would stick with watercolors. I finally went out this past week and bought one. I was very excited.

This Rinse Well is a fantastic idea. It'd be even better if it actually worked. I push the plunger to release the water into the basin below. That part works fine. But new water will not be released from the bottle, period. I've tried turning the bottle every which way. Tried turning the long side facing the back, facing the front, facing the side. I've even held the bottle completely up off the container and only dribbles come out. What's frustrating is that the thing worked perfectly the first two days. Now it's just stopped.

The first two days, I did have my paper towel tucked under there, so the well was actually a bit lifted on one side. I began having problems with the well after those first two days. So I thought maybe the thing has to be lifted on one side?? Ridiculous, yes, I agree with you. But either way, it doesn't matter because I can't figure out/remember how I had the paper towel folded under it and so the water still won't come out of the bottle.

I've had to go back to using cups again. Goodbye, hard earned money. It was fun throwing you out the window.

All I can say is just buy one. It will change your world for the better and you wont find anything else that even comes close to a satisfactory way of cleaning your brushes. When I paint with water based paints, painting becomes so much more enjoyable; to the point I use them more eand more with this cleaning system just to save me the headache.

I use this product every time I paint. I add a drop of brush cleaner to the water and it helps my brushes tremendously. I do not have to get up from my work so much and change the water for my brushes.
I would recommend this product to anybody.
