Maimeri Linseed Oil, a high-viscosity, alkalai refined oil, spreads out the brush stroke, reducing brush marks. All linseed oils have a tendency to yellow. Odorless Thinner — Has moderate solvent power and is suitable for indoor use or for people who are sensitive to the odor of normal solvents. Highly flammable. Oily Thinner — Reduce the consistency of oil color without sacrificing richness, as solvents do. This thinner tends to yellow. Highly flammable. Petroleum Essence — A light thinner. It evaporates quickly, with good solvent power, so it's ideal for cleaning brushes. Highly flammable. Poppy Oil — Poppy Oil has extreme purity and lightfastness. It will not yellow, and dries slowly. Similar to safflower oil, it is suited for whites and very light colors. Safflower Oil — Use to soften and make oils more fluid. It has similar characteristics to poppy seed oil. It won't yellow, it dries slowly, and it is particularly suitable for white and light colors. Stand Oil — A high viscosity linseed oil, polymerized through heating, that imparts a very glossy texture and allows you to spread out your brushstrokes. In contrast with regular linssed oils, stand oil has very little tendancy to yellow. Strong Solvent for Restoration — Removes natural resin varnishes. It's a powerful solvent, and less toxic than aromatic solvents. Turpentine Essence — A vegetable solvent of ancient origins, Maimeri Turpentine Essence produces a matte finish. It's also suitable for cleaning brushes. Highly flammable. Venetian Turpentine — A golden solution, also called "fatty essence." It increases the shine and flexibility of paint. Walnut Oil — Increases the brightness of colors. It has similar properties to linseed oil, but it won't yellow as much. Good drying power. White Spirit — A paint thinner with good solvent power for oil colors and varnish. It's also suitable for cleaning brushes and palettes. Highly flammable.
