Introduced by Logan Graphic Products, the FoamWerks line of foamboard tools allow anyone to cut foamboard and cellfoam easily and precisely. FoamWerks tools are accurate and easy to use.

They're perfect for framing, architectural and room models, signs, craft projects, home décor, school projects, and much more. All of the cutters feature ergonomic designs and quick-change blades.

Cut perfect straight edges on any depth of foamboard from 1/8" to 1/2". The Straight Cutter features adjustable blade depth, a quick-change blade clip, a magnetic blade slot, an on-board blade storage drawer, and five blades. It can be used with the FoamWerks Channel Rail.

Channel Rail — This aluminum 32" rail features a channel rail on one side and dual scale on the other. It is compatible with the Straight Cutter and V-Groove Cutter.

Replacement Blade C — Replacement blades for the FoamWerks Rabbet Cutter, Straight Cutter, Straight/Bevel Cutter, and V-Groove Cutter.

I use this tool a lot and since November I have used three and they have all broken. It is the best tool in it's class(for the pricepoint) I just need the same product that is more duarable. It would be great for home use and small projects. The price is not bad for the use I have gotten.

We use foamboard for all backings and bases in a large retail store so our edges have to be perfect. We have used every tool out there and this definately cuts the easiest, straightest and best. It broke after a few months of regular use, but is still worth it for it's abilities. I wish the Channel Rail had a T-Bar.

The problem with this product is the plastic piece that holds the blade in is very flimsy. You have to use a good amount of force to cut through foamboard all the way and on my 2nd time using this product the blade cut through the flimsy plastic. Now I have a glorified paper weight on my hands. Contacted the manufacturer to see if they will resolve this issue and waiting to hear back. I would definitely say look for a different product or a good utility blade.

I have tried using various other ways to cut foam board and they all leave the cut rough and very unsightly. So, I thought I'd try one more system. Was I glad I did! Have not tried it without the channel rail (which I also bought), so I'm not sure how it would work with just a regular ruler. With the channel rail, it makes perfectly smooth cuts. Fantastic system!
