Use for watercolor effects, color blocking, and under-painting. Since they don’t require dilution, they’re also ideal for airbrushing, calligraphy, and stamping.

A new favorite

Comments about Liquitex Professional Acrylic Ink:
This is one of my new favorite products!I subscribe to ArtSnacks, so I first tried the Liquitex Acrylic! Inks because I received one in an ArtSnacks box in October. I was pleasantly surprised.I typically paint with watercolor and do not really do much with acrylic or oil paint, but this product is really great because while it is wet it will still function a bit like a watercolor or any other ink. You can add water to it to dilute the color and paint it in a similar way to watercolor. It was great for InkTober.I loved the product so much that I bought the metallic color set and a few other individual colors. They are so rich, deep, and vibrant that they add a fabulous pop to black and white pieces. They also mix together very well.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I use inks with watercolor to create textures, resists, etc. I've tried a few other brands, but they perform more like an opaque paint than an ink. I like Liquitex as they never seem to "glob" up on me (other brands separated in the bottle), the colors are great and they apply well.

Perfect for my resin art
from Washington State
Love it for resin art. Mixes in easily without any clumps or particles to deal with. Vibrant and lots of pigment. One caution: the Medium Yellow Azo that in my Essential set had a clump in there that I couldn't get to recombine with shaking. Pulled it out. Not sure if that is normal, or just my bottle. Haven't run into that with any other colors.

I paint/pour using ink and water and or acrylic medium. This ink is richer in color then the other ink I was using and it cost less. I like the shape of the bottle because it's easer to hold and store.

I use this product for dip pen drawing on so many surfaces, paper, stone , wood, just to name a few. It flows so nicely and the pigments are great....
I love the versatility of this ink

These are the first materials I've used for colored painting and they are fantastic.I have made nearly 100 portraits with these inks and I love the color consistency and texture. They mix well(i only have near primaries) . They work well for drawing, painting, and for fun sketching. They work ontop of pencil and ink. My main complaint would be the variance in strength of the colors. The yellows in particular are extremely hard to mix with due to there potency.
