Mix Liquitex Airbrush Medium with your favorite paint colors to achieve the perfect consistency every time!
This pre-filtered, ready-to-use medium thins any acrylic, watercolor, or gouache to the right consistency for spray application, while maintaining the integrity of the paint, even at high dilutions. It also decreases clogging and paint buildup.
Liquitex Airbrush Medium is an excellent choice for color washes and watercolor techniques when used with acrylic colors. It also mixes well with other mediums to adjust the body and handling properties.
Use Liquitex Airbrush Medium with Liquitex Soft Body Color for best results. It can also be mixed with Liquitex Heavy Body Artist Colors, and all Liquitex paints, mediums, and gesso.

So far has performed very well for thinning down my Citadel paints for airbrushing and is a solid purchase choice.
Great product, better than a heavy medium.

I paint icons and this medium allows for multiple layer of color build-up to achieve a great result.

I use airbrush medium instead of water to thin my acrylic paints. This product is thinner than matte medium but it doesn't break down the paint the way water does so I can use it to achieve a thin glaze without a chalky appearance. This stuff is great!!!

Loved the how it thinned the paint to make it more fluid. #sweepstakes

I've used this with the Richeson atomizer (mouth air brush), and found it to be just the right viscosity and purity. A little tip: Continually mix your paint well with a palette knife, while slowly dripping in the airbrush medium drop until you reach the right cream-like consistancy that works for you [test it!].

I use this product in Airbrushing for my model railroad. Local arts and craft stores do not sell so I had to turn to the internet. I was glad to find this product at a reasonable price and reasonable shipping.
Great for making thin layers of acrylics

Thin layers of acrylic against thicker layers adds lots of interest
Very Good Product

I am a painter and use mostly acrylic paints. For years I used a medium and/or water to thin my paints. I was watching a tutorial on YouTube and the artist showed just how much better airbrush medium works mixed with the paints. I purchased a bottle and used it and I love it. I'll never use water in my paints again.
