Comments about Le Plume Permanent Marker Sets:
I looooove these markers! I even prefer them to my Copics and Prismacolors now! The colors are great, highly pigmented, and very blendable. I like that they /aren't/ dual-tipped, because I have never once used the chisel tips. To be quite frank, I hate chisel tip nibs, and have a strong disdain for bullet nibs, too.I am in LOVE with the tactile feel of this brush nib. It has a 'stickier' quality to it than the Copic brush nibs, more like the Prismacolor brush nibs but not as flexible. Which I like. I have a tendency to apply too much pressure, so the fact that these bad boys don't give as much means I'm far less likely to end up with way too much ink (and probably out of the lines). My ONLY gripe about these markers are... The design. Now, they /feel/ just fine in my hand. Quit comfortable, actually. But the ONLY color indication is on the very top of the cap. That's fine and dandy unless, like most people, you store your markers either horizontally or nib down to keep the ink flow. On top of that, the colors displayed on the tips are a bit off, so definitely make yourself a little cheat sheet with color swatches.Overall, I 100% recommend these! I made myself a cheat sheet, then used a Sharpie and some tape to write their colors on the side. Now they're golden!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

these colors are nice if you want very matt (not translucent) coverage. I feel they are overpriced for a one-tip marker. They would be more useful to me if there was a fine and big marker end. I will say the coverage is even and thy don't streak or bleed and that is a big plus. If you are considering buying - I would encourage you to.
