Welcome to dickblick
This versatile and revolutionary product allows any design, including original art to be transferred onto almost any surface, with amazing results.
Unlike heat set transfers, Lazertran is a waterslide transfer paper and the process is simple. Photocopy or use a laser printer to create color images on Lazertran paper, cut to size, soak in water, and easily slide the transparent decal from the paper backing. Decals can then be applied to wood, paper, stones, glass, metal, candles, walls, clay, and much more!
Lazertran Silk transfers images onto silk fabric with an iron rather than decal. The results are vibrant and the silk remains soft to the touch.
Each pack includes ten 8½" × 11" (22 cm × 28 cm) sheets. Detailed instructions included.

Helped me make a great welcome home for my son in the Navy

Works great and very easy ! Pre cut picture to fit project after printing, Apply a even coat of pure turpentine on work surface then soak picture in water till it starts to seperate from paper slightly. Next slide picture onto project ( do not attempt to remove from paper and lay down by hand as it will be fragile and possibly tear) just slowly slide it off the paper into place. With a little amt of turpentine on brush lightly brush out wrinkles. Then just sit back and let it dry while you admire your work!

Good Value and Quality

I bought more Prismacolor pencils to fill in gaps in my collection. I mainly use them for adult coloring books and rubber stamped greeting cards. The pigment seems to be in the middle: notso hard that it breaks easily and not so soft that it can't hold a point. They lay down a nice layer of pigment, blend well, and burnish to a smooth, even color. Very happy with them.I would especially recommend them to beginning colorists because of the good value and wide variety of colors available.

I love Lazertran for ink jet. I use it all the time - primarily I print and transfer vinrage images onto stone tiles, but have used it for various other projects and am always highly satisfied. I have been buying and using it for several years and have never had any issues.

I like the way this transfer can be baked onto ceramics for a hard finish. I do find that the color can be a bit different on the transfer from the original. Something to consider. It is quite easy to use.
