Lascaux Studio Acrylics offer excellent lightfastness, brilliance, and intensity at an economical price. Their creamy consistency and uniform satin finish make them perfect for murals, large scale painting, and decorative work.

All colors are opaque and lightfast. They will not bleed or change hue when overpainted. They mix easily into all Lascaux Mediums, and can be mixed with Lascaux Artist Acrylics.

Note — Use this color chart as an approximation of the real color. If exact color matching is necessary, use actual samples of the materials.

The Lascaux Studio line is the best in its class -- unrivaled opacity (in the darker shades, brighter shades are semi-opaque) and finish. These paints dry to an ultra-matte, rubbery finish. If that's the look you're after then look no further. I have tried everything else and Lascaux is my choice for large, matte, opaque areas of color.

Tried these for the first time today. Creamy and smooth, they had excellent coverage...the best I've used so far. A little seemed to go a long way.

The best thing was how easy it was to get solid, even coverage without telltale brushstrokes showing.

Pricier than I have been used to using, but the difference can definitely be seen in their performance.
