I use Krink for all of my art projects whether I am making birthday cards, custom decorating Christmas ornaments or adding funky details to Polaroid pictures. The K-42 paint markers have the most opaque ink I have ever used and do not chip, fade or smear. The ink stands out on a variety of surfaces and they last forever without drying out!

My son had requested canvases and paint markers for Christmas, and we ordered them all from Dick Blick. They arrived on time, and my son was very happy. He hadn't used Krink products before but had heard that they were excellent. When inspiration strikes, my son will be ready.

I've only recently started using this type of marker. The non-metallic colors don't show up on anything dark. They dry up a bit while I'm using them, and pushing down sometimes makes a pool of ink which is bad for the detail I need. They're not great for detail work (though I do somewhat smaller scale stuff), but I haven't found anything better. I really love the metallic inks. I use them for drawing on furniture and solid surfaces.
