Has the consistency and usefulness of milk
By Connie la vieja

Comments about Koh-I-Noor Water-Resistant Drawing Ink:
I wanted this ink for lightening watercolor sketches, using a fountain pen or Rapidograph. With a #3 Rapidograph, the lines were not apparent over the water color. However, the ink did lighten Black India ink to a deep gun-metal gray. When I applied the ink with a brush and let it dry thoroughly, I noticed a lightening of the already light water color. If I have to use a brush, a dilute acrylic paint will work better. For putting in highlights, a gel pen will work well.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have used this ink successfully on a variety of mediums and this ink has worked beautifully on all of them. It doesn't clot or clog the pen, holds its color and maintains a smooth flow even in the finest of nibs. Highly recommend it!

Opaque Black, not so black..
By Mike N.
from Gulf Coast
The opaque black or noir black, is not very black at all.. In fact it is worse than Higgins which has had a watery ink for years. I was really shocked that it was a dark grey, I have had decent experience with Koh i noor's technical pen ink. Very disappointing...
