The clamp can only be attached to the top of the easel making the unit top heavy. A slight puff of wind can send it crashing to the ground, where it promptly snaps the umbrella ribs beyond repair and can damage your easel. The umbrella needs a new wider clamp to attach to the back of the box and more flexible ribs. You might try staking the easel to the ground (with cords & tent stakes) for more stability.

Although this umbrella gives good shade while letting light through, it breaks easily (the inner spokes) if any wind comes up. This happened to both me, and also to a friend who had the same problem with it after only a few months of use. It is unrepairable.

Just the right size and weight. Adjusts easily & holds position well. Light & strong.

Can't be used as shown - the clamp is not wide enough to attach to the Jullian easel as shown in the catalouge. It will also blow over in light wind and damage your equipment in the process. The adjustable handle will not hold possition too heavy.
