For use with all waterbased screenprinting inks, Jacquard Screen Filler and Block Out is formulated for safe and easy use with Jacquard’s Screen Drawing Fluid, or for independent use to block out portions of a silk screen.

Screen Filler and Block Out is also great for fixing pinholes, negative space printing, or for creating stencils directly in a silk screen.

When used with Jacquard Screen Drawing Fluid: Elevate the screen in a horizontal position so the silkscreen fabric is lifted above the work area. The screen should be fabric-side down. Then apply Screen Drawing Fluid onto the screen to the areas you want to print.

After the Drawing Fluid is dry, use a squeegee to coat the entire screen with a thin, even layer of Jacquard Screen Filler. When the Screen Filler is dry, spray cold water on both sides of the screen. The Screen Drawing Fluid will wash out and the Screen Filler will remain.

Allow the screen to dry thoroughly before printing.

When used independently: Elevate the screen in a horizontal position as described above, then paint the Screen Filler and Block Out onto the screen in the areas you want blocked out. Allow the screen to dry thoroughly before printing.
