Add a lustrous glow to paintings, drawings, sculpture, stamping, jewelry, and more! Made from powdered mica, these non-toxic pigments will never rust or tarnish and exhibit extreme colorfastness and stability. Use them for interior, exterior, and archival applications. Incorporate Pearl-Ex pigments into any viscous medium like oil, acrylic, gouache, varnish, wax, paper pulp, or clay. Use them for collage and mixed media art, calligraphy, faux-finishing, sculpture, papermaking, printing, candlemaking, pottery, and more. Their temperature resistance allows them to be fired in a kiln up to 600°F (316°C). They may also be used dry and then sealed.

I use this when I cast pen blanks with resin. I dye the resin then add Pearl-Ex to get a fantastic combination of colors. This product took my pen making to a higher lever. Great product!

There is a good chance that I was a magpie in a former life; I love shiny. I use these with polymer clay and when I saw that there were new colors, the knee jerk reaction was to buy every one of them. I did and I'm glad. One of the nice things about teaching is that you know that your self-indugence is going to butter the parsnips of many.
I use this regularly and love it.

I incorporate the metallics with my oils for my paintings and love the effect. The only things is that it is a ;order and it flies everything. a small price to pay for the produce!
just love these colors
Using in paint is wonderful, nice smooth finish. Just what I was looking for.

Recently started using pigments and am so thankful to Dick Blick for having a really amazing amount of choices of the Jacquard pigments! Makes it so much easier to experiment with them as well when I can save a few bucks because of your competitive rates! Just completed my favorite painting I've ever done and I have the Jacquard Reflex Violet pigment to thank!
