Super-smooth Lumiere glides onto any surface when airbrushed or handpainted with a soft brush. Jacquard Lumiere can be screened, stamped, stenciled, marbled, or printed, producing one-of-a-kind creations on a variety of surfaces including wood, leather, canvas, paper, and fabrics. It applies smoothly even on soft, uneven textures such as Styrofoam.
Lumiere colors show up opaque and bright, even on dark backgrounds, and their high pigmentation provides excellent coverage. Painted fabric becomes washable and dry cleanable when set with a hot iron or dryer, and remains flexible and soft.

Love This Paint
from New York
I use this in acrylic pouring/fluid acrylics and I love it both on it's on and as an addition to other paint in color mixing/color creation. It mixes easily and well, is lusciously pigment rich.
I would buy these paints again.

I used a variety of Lumiere Acrylics as additives to LowVOC wall paint and it looked great! I also have used them straight out of the jar, and they give that impact that only metallic / iridescent paints can do!

Lovely satiny metallics for some elegant bling. Not at all glitter-like. Flows smooth.

Works great as calligraphy ink!
from Las Cruces, NM
I do pointed pen calligraphy, and although there are some nice metallic calligraphy inks out there, sometimes the colors are a bit limited in the metallic inks. Lumiere is super easy to work with. I add about 20% water and just start writing. The color selections are fantastic, and the ability to mix colors together makes it so versatile. The only thing that does happen sometimes is when I shake the ink I get a few air bubbles. That is easily fixed by putting a little plastic bead or a BB in the jar. This is much cheaper than most of the "calligraphy inks" out there, and works well on cardstock and parchment. I've also used it on top of a watercolor background and it worked great. I did use a light layer of fixatif before writing on the watercolor background.

I plan to buy this product again In different colors!
This flexible paint gave great coverage with 1 coat when I painted an old pair of sneakers. I plain to buy it again in different colors to use again. It washed off my hands, but has good staying ability on my shoes.
