Iwata Kustom Airbrushes

With their tall, spray-gun trigger design, Kustom airbrushes from Iwata offer the airbrush artist commanding control of trigger action and paint flow. All feature pre-set handles and Teflon needle packings. Kustom airbrushes excel at atomizing solvent-based paint, making them a favorite among automotive artists. All feature the Iwata-Medea Pistol-Grip Filter that acts as a superior defense against moisture.

Kustom Eclipse CS — The workhorse of the Kustom line, the Eclipse CS features a large, general-purpose nozzle/needle combination. While still maintaining fine-line control, the Eclipse CS creates wide background sprays with fine atomization and control. It is designed to spray metallic, pearlescent, and base coat paints, and features a 0.35 mm nozzle and large ½ oz (15 ml) gravity-feed fluid cup.

Kustom Revolution TR — This is an airbrush that’s excellent for custom automotive graphics, mural painting, model painting, textiles, hobby and craft applications, and body art. It features a large, removable, ¾ oz (22 ml) gravity-feed fluid cup and a 0.30 mm "Matched Head System" nozzle.

Kustom Hi-Line CH — For those of you doing lots of fine-line work and medium background spraying, this is the airbrush for you. The MAC (Micro Air Control) valve supplies precise air control to the head of the airbrush for ultimate control. Features of the Hi-Line CH include a 0.33 mm nozzle and large ½ oz (15 ml) gravity-feed fluid cup.

Kustom Hi-Line TH — This is the first airbrush to create both round-pattern and fan-pattern sprays. The Hi-Line TH is great for auto body touch-up in small areas such as chip repair, fender wells, door jams, and other hard-to-reach areas. It delivers unprecedented fan-pattern control with a minimum of overspray, giving it a unique advantage over mini touch-up guns. The fan-pattern air cap produces an oval spray pattern, which is perfect for creating smoother blends, gradations, and backgrounds because the paint is atomized more consistently across the entire width of the spray. The fan-pattern air cap requires a 1 HP or larger compressor. The Hi-Line TH also includes an interchangeable round-pattern air cap, which produces a round spray pattern with concentrated spray at its center, and is preferable for freehand graphics and fine line detail. Other features include a ½ oz (15 ml) removable gravity-feed fluid cup, MAC (Micro Air Control) valve for precise air pressure control, and a 0.50 mm nozzle.

Kustom Micron CM — The MAC Daddy of all airbrushes! The Kustom Micron CM is framed around the Iwata Custom Micron airbrush. It provides extreme control of ultra fine-line spray, silky-smooth atomization, and ultimate paint-flow control with hand-tuned, hand-adjusted performance. This airbrush is world renowned as the professional’s choice for the utmost in fine line detail, and features a 0.23 mm "Matched Head System" nozzle, MAC (Micro Air Control) valve for precise air pressure control, and large ½ oz (15 ml) gravity-feed fluid cup.
