Bryan Lopatic’s interest in art began at the age of 10 when he began drawing pictures of his childhood icons Evel Knievel and Bruce Lee. Lopatic has been an illustrator for the U.S Air Force for more than 25 years, during which time he earned his college degree as a graphic illustrator. Lopatic developed "training processes" in the graphic and illustration career field for the Air Force, for which he was recognized. Many of his illustrations and paintings have been presented to dignitaries that include generals, the Secretary of the Air Force, and other dignitaries. Lopatic's first published cover painting appears on the book, "Pearl Harbor, The Air Force Story." His extensive travels in the United States and elsewhere have inspired his art. Lopatic currently works with drawing materials, but has extensive experience in different mediums. One of his favorite tools is the airbrush. Lopatic has taught workshops for the military, commercial art suppliers, community art organizations, and the private sector. He has studied with numerous artists that include portrait artist Daniel Greene and Japanese illustrator Sorayama. Lopatic believes that anyone who has a "pursued interest" in art can take his or her talent to the next level. As Albert Einstein said, "Nothing happens till something moves ..." So make the move and it will happen!
