I paint studies of faces, abstracts and negative space compositions in artist quality watercolor. Even as a rookie, this is the best I have worked with for colorfastness and ease of use. I have encountered on one occasion a watery product in the tube. This may be a challenge of the color, Veridian. Moves very nicely when painting wet on wet. Easy to achieve great color when mixing two together.

I use these watercolors to color cartoons.
Slightly diluted they have a nice, even opaque covering ability, highly diluted they do beautiful washes.
I have used other professional brands and these are hands down my favorite for what I do.

Inclusion of fugitive colours in the artists 18 watercolour set I bought were a little disappointing. Otherwise very nice. Would buy single pigments (researched beforehand) next time.
