Works well for the price
I bought the 9x12 and 6x6 for taping my paper to for watercolors. They work really well and take up hardly any space in my craft area. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is getting into water coloring.
I love my panel! I use it for watercolor projects.I love the size I purchased (6x6) and I find lots of purposes to use it for!
A must have to use with the bulldog clips.
from New Mexico
I haven't tried these yet. I bought them to use with the bulldog clips to hold down my water color paper, instead of taping. I was very happy about the price of these panels.

Great cheap substrate

These panels are a great substrate when you need to make large quick paintings or sketches on a small budget. I use them for improvised live oil painting performances. With a quick coat of acrylic or gesso they make a lovely surface for oil paints.

Did not work for me

Bowed when used to stretch watercolor Arches 140 pound watercolor paper. May have worked if 2 sides were being stretched at the same time. Will work very well for drawing board.

These inexpensive boards are excellent for taping my watercolor paper! I ordered in several sizes for various sized pieces and included smaller ones for travel.
Quality Material, Great Price
I needed these boards to paint as chalkboards. They are nice and smooth and the paint stays on well. Great size variety and great prices.
Awesome for the Price
