Here's the webiste info: "Even large diameter and handmade pastels are at home in this Pastel Tray, which accepts up to 100 sticks or 200 half-sticks." The product itself is labelled to hold up to 12 full or 24 half sticks. It is apparently designed to fit inside the wooden Guerilla Box or Cigar Box, both of which are wood and too heavy for me to haul around. The Pastel Tray has nice foam lining, and isconstructed of sturdy, lightweight plastic. However, the lid does not snap closed. It just sits on top. Odd! (Rubber bands can hold it) Wish they had something to hold the trays that was also plastic and would protect the loose lids. I'll keep it, nice product, OK price, just not what I thought I was buying. Shipping was remarkably fast, so thank you, DB, for that with my large, detailed order!
