Made of four diameters of durable intermediate-grade Taklon filaments, Grumbacher Bristlette brushes stand up to abuse during oil and acrylic painting, and are especially well-suited for acrylic paints and glazing.

A soft-to-medium degree of stiffness makes Grumbacher Bristlette brushes stiffer than Grumbacher Academy brushes, but less stiff than Grumbacher Goldenedge brushes. Every Bristlette brush features a maple-stained wood handle, attached to a nickel-plated brass ferrule.

Note — Brush sizes are not standardized. The length and width of a brush of a given shape and size varies considerably by manufacturer. Since fine art brushes are handmade, expect some variation even among brushes from a given manufacturer.

I'm using acrylic paint on canvas and found that the Grumbacher line of brushes are ideal.
They are durable and always return to their proper shape even after some abusive use by me. I always clean and pamper them after use and find that they have lasted years. I find that Grumbacher is a little hard to find so when I found your company carried them I was elated. Thank you
