Pads contain 12 medium-weight (.004"), archival-quality sheets that are non-yellowing, non-tearing, and dimensionally stable.
Handling Charge — When ordering sheets of paper or board larger than 18” x 24” in quantities of less than 10, a $3.00 per order handling fee applies. Paper or boards may be assorted to reach the quantity of 10.

I used the film to create a print of my baby daughter's hand with acrylic paint. It worked exactly as I expected. The acrylic paint I used adhered perfectly to the film.

Versatile Grafix Dura-Lar Wet Media Film
By Joan the Painter
from Scottsdale, AZ
I was so happy to find this wonderful product at Blick. I paint in watercolor and often need to know how a passage in my painting will look but may not want to make a guess. I simply put the mylar over the area, paint it the color I want and see if it will work. If not, I wash it off and try another color. This process has saved me a lot of time and helped me try some creative ideas I might not have considered otherwise.

Works well for layouts and visualization. Holds watercolor well when needed and rinses clear.
to gouache or not to gouache?

This is a beautiful clear and durable paint surface which point for point does what it says it will, the only reason this is a 4/5 instead of a 5 is b/c gouache( which is a waterbased medium) does seem to chip off:/ i left it for a couple of days & seems not to chip unless rewet, bummer
this is super...well packaged
I am using this film for acrylic painting. It is great and I am learning. I'd like to use a fixative without taking away the shine. and I'd also like to find the clips to hold backing and glass to keep it looking contemporary. A tutorial might be nice, coulnd't find any online, so am pretty much experimenting. Can't wait for my next order
I love Dura-Lar
