When I make a mistake using my colored pencils, I reach for the Friskitt! One has to be careful not to lift the paper when taking off colored pencil. It is useful to use a the side of a credit card to lightly rub the Friskitt in the area that you wish to remove. Friskitt does not work well on Grit paper. I haven't used it on suede paper yet so I can't say how it would work on that paper.
On regular Stonehenge it is great, but don't overdo your pressure or you, as I mentioned above will remove the paper.
I think Blick has an excellent buy on Friskitt.

This Frisket film is very difficult to handle in low weight paper (thin paper), it has to much adhesive power, tears out the outer paper layers easily, and if you do not have care it even does that with papermat and illustration boards.
If paint does not have a really good bonding to the surface of the medium used, it will be taken out as you remove the frisket film.

I use this product in my paintings. I paint caricatures in Prismacolor oil based pencils and then cover the caricature with the frisket to 1)protect the image when I paint with the airbrush and 2) to clean off any debris from the pencil use. Needless to say the frisket is too sticky. It ripped my picture and I don't know why. I have a feeling or had one when I peeled off the frisket and the image was coming off of the drawing board with the frisket. It could be the amount of black with the combination of board I have. Originally I thought it was the heat I applied when I wanted the paint to dry faster that made the frisket stickier. But it seems to be the frisket itself. Very bad stuff. And I ended up buying two rolls of it. It is low tack but very sticky and leaves a residue. Maybe someone at the factory bumped more adhesive into this batch. For the last year and a half i have had this problem. I guess I have to change some of my ways to compensate my artistic endeavors.
