Exceptional clog-free performance and permanency make these dramatic colors the professional's choice for airbrush, traditional brush, or technical pen. Use them for painting, staining, glazing, inks, or colorants.

The rich, high-intensity colors allow the artist more control, with minimal tip build-up for faster clean-up. They're formulated using 100% acrylic polymer emulsion, and the finest lightfast pigments. Colors are available in opaque and transparent hues.

Ready to use with no dilution required. Use Extender to yield more transparency and increase permanency.

Note — Golden Airbrush Colors are not for use with fabric.

Opaque 10-Color Set — Use these opaque acrylics in applications where coverage is important. Includes ten 1 oz basic mixing colors for an excellent starter palette. Colors include Burnt Sienna Hue, Carbon Black, Dioxazine Purple, Hansa Yellow Medium, Bright Orange, Naphthol Red Light, Phthalo Green (BS), Phthalo Blue (RS), Ultramarine Blue Hue, and Titanium White.

Transparent 10-Color Set — Transparent colors allow for excellent control when building up layers of intense color. Includes ten 1 oz basic mixing colors for an excellent starter palette. Colors include Hansa Yellow Medium, Naphthol Red Light, Quinacridone Red, Dioxazine Purple, Phthalo Blue (GS), Phthalo Green (BS), Yellow Oxide, Red Oxide, Raw Umber Hue, and Shading Gray.

Note — Use this color chart as an approximation of the real color. If exact color matching is necessary, use actual samples of the materials.

I have used these paints in every weather condition, indoors and out, on cars, walls, helmets, people, airplanes, etc. They are the best, and they come premixed and ready to use right out of the bottle. I wish i was sponsored by them, would save me money to travmore and show everyone what they can do. I have been airbrushing for almost 15 years now and golden brand airbrush colore have been with me ever since. Thankyou for an unbelievable product that does still amaze me. Chris johnson. Aka, irie

Used in Illustration. One of the only paints on the market that is already premixed and sprays without clogging the gun. The only drawback is that is a little more expensive which seems a little strange since it is already diluted.

Used for illustration (airbrush). Things which are great about it: Its the only paint that is perfectly premixed for airbrush. Sprays excellent even with small needles. Things that aren't so great about it: Sometimes twice as expensive as the competition even though it is prediluted which is why the other companies still exist.

Break down air brush color 50/50/ with water I do this in an empty and clean ink bottle. Work flat. Mask areas that your do not want to spray. I use paper towels. Spray with your atomizer. When you are finished spraying IMMEDIATELY submerge atomizer in water bucket. Clean it asap.

This product is MUCH better than opaque water color inks which gum up with age.

I used opaque white (50/50) air brush color to lighten up an area that was too dark. (watercolor or acrylics or inks) When it is dry I can reglaze with color. Work it until you are done! GOOD!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

For "general" illustration/fine art use, these are great paints, LIGHT-FAST and consistent in quality. I never have clogging problems, though I sometimes do reduce them with airbrush medium or Createx Reducer when using them in a detail airbrush with lower pressures.

These paints have enough pigment to pop out on any painting project. The white is a crisp white and good for line detailing. I use these to paint with when I need a thin paint that handles like ink.
