Crafted in small batches at slow speeds in a European paper mill, Fluid watercolor papers possess the strength and working integrity of more expensive mouldmade papers.
Glued on the two long edges, the Fluid Easy-Block allows artists to paint right on the block without wetting or stretching the paper. The paper is easily separated by sliding a dull knife or letter opener in the open side under the top sheet when the painting is complete.
Fluid Easy-Blocks contain 15 acid-free, cold or hot press sheets.

Try paper blocks
from Olympia, WA
I draw mandalas. I use drawing and painting to stay centered and balanced. Although process out weighs product I do sell many of my paints. Fluid block style watercolor paper is durable enough to draw and paint on the top piece without removing it from the block. When complete I can simply tear off the sheet and start again. I can count on each page being perfectly flat and clean, a real advantage when doing multiple pieces. Fluid paper stands up to heavy use without the paper breaking down. A great price and reliable paper for personal and professional use.

Prismacolor watercolor pencils
from Staten Island, NY
The variety of colors is nice for blending. They work well without adding water. Some colors run a little more than others and need another layer, but it adds texture. So, it's all good. The only downside would be that a couple of pencils had broken lead and needed extra sharpening.
Love this stuff!
from Elgin, IL
I especially appreciate the 6"X 18" pad. It's an odd format, but it's exactly what I wanted. It saves me the trouble of splitting the paper. The only thing that would make this better is if they glued the short sides as well. The paper always buckles in the same three places, and sometimes that makes the water pool there while it's drying.
fluid watercolor paper block
I mostly use this paper for figure drawing or painting cityscapes, or anything that requires mixed media. The 140lb. paper holds up without buckling. I've done a mix of ink, watercolor, acrylic even a little spray paint without curling. It's not invincible, but if you know what you are doing this paper is great. One downside is the glue on the side gets under the paper on the first and last page which tears the corner or a layer off the back of the paper. It's not that big a deal but I have noticed this with the larger size blocks. I bought this the first time because of the price and it turned out better than I thought.

I use this paper to practice on, good stuff.
Perfect for travel
from San Antonio, TX
I love these watercolor blocks for keeping with my travel paints. I can sketch on them then do a wash. Perfect for having available on the go! I even have them in a couple sizes depending on what I want to carry. The 4x6 is perfect for keeping in a small plastic photo box I picked up at the local craft store.

The paper had ONE job...
from The Woodlands, Tx
I purchased this paper because it said there was no need to soak it before painting. It is glued on 2 sides so you can paint right in the notebook. Well, I used my gouache paints and it still bent & wrinkled. It was too good to be true unfortunately. So if you're looking for a watercolor paper in the hopes of skipping that first step, I wouldn't recommend this particular product.

I love watercolor blocks for traveling and this one is great because of the price. It seems to have less sizing than the pricier brands but that may be to an advantage. I use watercolors and acrylics on these and the colors look brilliant.
Great watercolor paper

I use this paper for painting children's book illustrations. It takes the paint very well and provides a smooth surface for the ink pens.
