I use this product for oil painting. The orange/citrus smell is extremely pleasant compared to all other thinners I have used. There is not a bad thing about it, it works great.

This is a very affordable and efficient cleaner/thinning. I use this to thin paint for glazing, to complete wipe off mistakes, and to clean my brushes. It doesn't seem to deteriorate my brushes the way regular turp does and it has a clean citrus smell (similar to natural orange cleaning products.) This product doesn't give me headaches or cause the burining sensation in my lungs that regular turp and some of the other substitutes did. I've been using this product for a little over three years and won't switch to another anytime soon.

I've been on the hunt for something that is healthier and doesn't give me headaches. This seems to be the ticket!! And works very effectively as a brush cleaner for oil painting. I can have it open for a long time and still have not experienced any ill effects. But, to be on the safe side, I usually keep it closed up and also take precaution because it is still flammable just like any other effective solvent. Has a pleasing orange peel smell.

I attempt to use few, if any, toxic products in my paintings. I have been painting for nearly a year and have never found the need to use turpentine to clean brushes, and have only ever used Odourless Mineral Spirits if needed.

While those can give one a headache, this thinner does not. It smells refreshingly like oranges. I only really use it to wipe off mistakes on a painting while its still wet, and it has been nothing but perfect. It also seems to go a lot farther than other OMS that I have used in the past.

No odor, reasonable price, and a very small bottle goes a long way. Definite buy for the health-conscious painter!
