These little packs are bursting with a spectrum of brilliant, permanent colors, perfect for teaching color mixing theory while creating beautiful dyed t-shirts and more. The permanent and easy to use dye is the perfect choice to wake up a wardrobe, revive a faded shirt, or put some color into home decorating projects.

Dylon Fabric Dye is suitable for use with most natural fabrics, including cotton, linen, and viscose. Polyester/cotton and polyester/viscose blends will dye to a lighter shade. This product is not suitable for pure polyester, acrylic, nylon, and fabrics with special finishes.

One pack will make enough solution to dye .25 lb to .5 lb (one to two yards) of fabric. Fixative is now included with every package; the process also requires salt (not included).

Warning — Unmixed dye is an extremely fine powder that can cause skin and respiratory irritation. Avoid prolonged exposure, and mix dyes in a well-ventilated area while wearing a mask or respirator. Do not let the dye splash into eyes. Mixing, preparing, and working with dyes is not an appropriate activity for young children.

I use this dye a lot. I have tried other brands and none compare to the end result of the dylon. Get a ton of compliments of the quality of this stuff. Love it!

The price is great.The shipping is "too high". But still much cheaper than buying a new quilt. The product exceeded my expectations. I used 4 packs in my washer for a king sized quilt and it came out perfect. I used this product because they had the perfect color for my needs.

I dyed my silk lamp shades in a garbage can so I could get both of them in the same dye. I liked it because the dye only had to be warm and not boiling. I worked great. I was surprised myself just how good they look. I used 10 packages of dye, and got just the color I wanted. I love to dye stuff, nothing is safe from me. This was the only place I could find my color. Thank you.

I dyed sage-green jeans to tropical green and I love them. I did it in the washer with 4 packs of dye--should maybe have used more but if I need to do it again, I can.
