Fill the Derwent Graphik H2O Brush with water or ink to create beautiful watercolor effects in your drawings and paintings. Infinitely portable, you can take it anywhere and eliminate the need for a water pot!
This refillable brush holds 10 ml of fluid in its barrel. Just squeeze to release water or ink. The brush has a leakproof design with a non-drip valve that makes it easy to control flow. The brush is also easy to clean — just squeeze the barrel to flush out water or ink.

Very useful for portability and ease with watercolor pencils
from Winchester, VA
Comments about Derwent Graphik H2O Brush:
This brush worked rather well with the watercolor pencils & water soluble inks. It makes for a quick set-up of materials and would be good where portability is necessary. It requires blotting between coats to remove color but works well and has its own reservoir of water. When combining it with standard brushes I find myself using both for the greatest flexibility depending on the project. At times, with limited time in studio, I find myself pulling it out instead, because of the ease of set-up to accommodate smaller blocks of time. One brush has limitations of cover from fine detail to broad wash but I am impressed with the versatility of the one brush that I bought and would consider different sizes if available.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This brush is as great as I hoped it would be, it does not leak (the lid seals well and it screws down tight), lays water down well, (water tends to moisten the bristles even when you don't squeeze but once you get the hang of it you can work with it) and works with paints like a dream.
Pentel, one of the best!

Works wonderfully, especially for lettering or for wetting a watercolor palette on the go.

Derwent Graphik H2O Brush Water Color painting
from Minneapolis, MN
I used this to paint scenery and it works great. It has a very good quality brush and the handle is very easy to control. The lines that are made with this product come out very smooth and neat and to change from one color to the next, the brush cleans very easily.
Cheap and easy
from Austin, TX
I use this brush on my mixed media projects, primarily with inktense pencils and neocolor crayons, and it works wonderfully. The only downside is the bristles stain easily and quickly. It takes a lot of effort to flush out the remaining color, but it's not a hindrance to using this product.

from San Francisco bay area.
We might not be bothered by the toxicity warnings on our art supplies, but the living creatures in the field don't deserve to have our poison paint water dumped on their food source. I like using water brushes for that reason. The Derwent Graphic holds a lot of water and like a bamboo brush, makes a lot of nice, natural shapes, good for leaves, grasses and petals. Just use an old cotton sock with toe cut open, as a wrist cuff to wipe the brush between colors, and take the heavy metals with you when you leave.
So much fun to use!
from Fort Walton Each, FL
So much fun to use! I bought this water brush to use in figure drawing studies and it is just what I hoped for. I quickly rough out the figure with this using a mixture of water and ink and then go back and refine the sketch with charcoal. You can go over the charcoal after that with this brush and it turns to "ink". I thought shipping was ridiculous on this but am glad to have the brush.
