These are opaque, waterbased inks for use on paper, photos, negatives, acetate, and artwork. They can be diluted for perfect washes, and can be used with a brush, pen, or airbrush. Mix Pro Black with Pro White to produce opaque, cool grays.
Pro White is a very opaque, white watercolor with superb covering power over colors that normally bleed through white ink. Use it to cover dye colors, markers, and all designer colors.

Comments about Daler-Rowney Pro Inks:
As an artist and instructor, there are times when a 'touch of white' opaque paint is necessary in watercolors. Pro White has been that perfect white medium for little fixes, strong highlights without tearing the paper, and also mixing with colors as a more opaque tint. It also is a lovely snow technique when watered down and spattered over a wintery scene. Every student has a bottle in their tool box.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Does the job great

Very good at correcting even the darkest marks, and inks go over it nicely.

I find this to be the best for touch up when working with pen and ink or any kind of inking on paper. It has a thick consistency so I just water it down slightly to extend the coverage. It is opaque. Perfect for illustrators and comic artist who need to make corrections or eliminate altogether.

Ink is my favorite drawing medium, I have been reading and shopping inks, and don't want to restrict myself into ink pens. I was skeptical about this particular ink since they weren't reviewed online as much as other brand inks, but decided to try them out. The white ink is water soluble, so it appears as a mid tone over the black ink when diluted. I did an experimental sketch below. The bottom line is that if you love inking, you should try these out with brushes. (I purchased both black and white inks.)

Works great for splats.

My first time using this stuff and so far it's great. I use it primarily for splattering effects in my sequential art. Liberally apply it to a brush and flick it on the page, or use a toothbrush. A credit card works best for me.-Professional comic book artist-

I have been using gouache for years to bring back white or make corrections on my watercolor paintings. Pro White is MUCH nicer to use. You can use it thick or thin. It goes on smooth and covers very well!
This white really covers in just one coa

I use this white ink with my watercolor paints to clean up white edges and restore lost whites. The ink is thick but fluid. It covers in just one coat and lasts for many, many paintings. I can also add water to create a white fog or wash over backgrounds to push them back in my composition.

Pro white works beautifully with watercolor paints for cleaning up edges, reclaiming whites, even adding a sense of fog or distance. One bottle goes a long way, as it covers completely in one coat.
