It's moldable, bendable, reusable … and stickable! Wax Works sticks to itself or paper, but it won't stick to hands or make a mess.

Make 3-D animals, people, flowers — anything you can imagine! You can also wrap Wax Works sticks around a candle to create colorful drippings, or around styrofoam balls to create beautiful 3-D shapes.

Bright Hues, Set of 48 — These thin wax strips measure 8" long × 2 mm diameter, with a fiber strand running through the middle. The set includes eight assorted colors.

This is really fun for kids to play with- it's open-ended so they can use the wax in tons of different ways. My daughter used the pieces as is and stuck them together in different shapes to sculpt with them, then we 'painted' with them as is shown in the Blick video. I did a project with the wax with my daughter for my blog and it worked wonderfully. I would give them 5 stars if they came in a bigger variety of colors, including white.

I ordered these for my art class I teach. The colors on the website look NOTHING like the colors I received. They should clearly state they are "FLUORESCENT."

When I saw this product I thought it would be great for the kids to use and not get sticky fingers. But it breaks too easily and you can't put back together again.
