After School Programs — This guide links learning to school curriculum with lessons that improve critical thinking, problem posing, problem solving, and decision-making. It includes focused activities that make the best use of time and the after-school or before-school environment. Based on National Visual Arts Standards and national standards for cross-curricular areas, such as Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science.

Early Childhood — Children up to age 5 will be intrigued with the 12 lessons, or "explorations," in this series that relate to weather-watching, mapping, transportation, growing up healthy and safe, and more! Each exploration includes instructions for 4 age groups: Infant–18 months, 18–36 months, Preschool–3 years old, and 4–5 years old. The lessons align with major EC curriculum standards, such as "Creative Curriculum."

Language Arts — Lessons encourage reading, writing, storytelling, wordplay, and vocabulary learning. Based on National Visual Arts Standards and the AORA/NVCTE Standards for the English Language Arts.

Mathematics — Engaging, real-world applications for mathematical concepts engage students in patterning, counting, estimating, collecting and organizing data, measuring, and scaling. Based on National Visual Arts Standards and the NCTE Standards for School Mathematics.

Principles of Art and Design — Based on National Visual Arts Standards, this guide provides practical lessons in the basic principles of art and design. It helps students learn more than just creative expression. It teaches essential communicating skills in our visual world.

Science — Students experience the fun of creative learning while practicing hands-on measuring, classifying, identifying, and observation of natural processes. Based on National Visual Arts Standards and the National Science Education Standards of the National Academy of Sciences.

Social Studies — Students explore social studies topics in depth as they study advanced technologies, reflect on cultural differences, compare behavioral changes, and examine positive character traits. Based on National Visual Arts Standards, the National Social Studies Standards, and the applicable National Health Standards.
