Comments about Craftech Ultra Series Painting Taboret:

I initially learned how to paint using a taboret, but I've been using my little french easel for the last several years and finally upgraded to this. I'm in heaven. I love having the extra palette space. The drawers are large enough to hold my supplies: paint tubes, palette knives, towels, and random drawing utensils. The little shelf on the bottom works great for additional larger stuff: mineral spirits, liquin, etc. Having the adjustable palette is awesome, it adjusts so easily, but doesn't fault. The taboret is a breeze to use and easy to put together. Very solid and sturdy wood, solid piece of furniture doesn't shift or wiggle. The additional brush cleaning can that fits into the custom hole is great and the spiral ring is easy to remove for cleaning. The only suggestions for improvement would be maybe one bigger drawer would be useful for additional storage, and a little more palette space. But, for the size and quality I don't think you can beat it. Great product!

The quality of this Taboret is such that I will never have to buy another one again in my life! That is why I selected "A solid value". The workmanship, precision and attention to detail is fantastic. I only had one flaw, and that was one screw not able to be screwed all the way into a drawer handle. It can be easily fixed with a couple of washers, but the other screw is holding the handle tightly to the drawer for now. Almost the entire thing was put together with an Allen wrench, and I the most UNhandy of handymen put it together in a couple of hours. It's perfect for me.

This is a great taboret for space saving. I love the tilt top but wish the pallet area was twice as large. Their other taboret table is larger but doesn't have the drawers or side table that this one does. If Craftech would combine the two designs they would have a 5+ star taboret.
