A smooth cradle glide locking system ensures stability for this easel. Non-skid rubber bumpers hold canvases up to 77" H × 72" W (196 cm × 183 cm), and weighing up to 100 lb (45 kg).

An 8" W × 16" D (20 × 41 cm) side table attaches to either side to hold a stainless steel brush cannister (included) and other painting supplies.

Comments about Craftech Ultra Series Easel:

The only thing I have to complain about is the manufacturing of this product in China. Hardware was completely missing any identification (8 bolts, 16 bolts, is not identification). The packaging for hardware used glue that had no holding strength so many came apart in shipping, rendering what little (useless) identification was on the packages.
The technical instructions (and technical drawings)were almost as useless. No steps or instructions! - missing and incorrect and mis-identification on blow-out illustrations.

In summation, there is absolutely no reason that any of the manufacturing couldn't have been done in the US, except for the need for more profit for companies. The end product is solidly built,but what do you want to bet the precision crafting was designed in the US and then manufacturing happened in China.

Over the last 30 years, we now see about 90% of what the public has available to buy is made (and produced poorly) in China. Get a clue, manufacturing America! My "end user" displeasure is going to include a letter to the manufacturer. Will it change anything. Sadly, no.
