The Copic Drawing Pen is a disposable fountain pen with a stainless steel tip that offers the feel and varying line width of a traditional fountain pen without the need to refill — no mess!
The Drawing Pen's bleedproof, pigment-based ink is great for sketchbooks or travel journals.
The Copic Drawing Pen is available in two line weights, 1 mm and 2 mm, and in two colors, Black and Sepia — for artists who want to impart an "Old World" quality to their work.
Shipping Note — Due to manufacturer distribution restrictions, Copic products cannot be shipped to addresses outside of North America.

Decent Fountain Pen Alternative
from Prospect, Ohio
Comments about Copic Drawing Pen:
I decided to give this product a shot because I have seen one of my favorite artists on Youtube use it. I don't enjoy fountain pens, but the ink was compatible with Copic Ciaos. On the 1 mm, the ink tended to skip. The 2 mm didn't seem to give me trouble. The ink, however, did nicely glide upon the Borden & Riley Paris Bleedproof Paper for Pens. For me, these products weren't my favorite. But, I have it on hand in case I need it. If you enjoy using fountain pens, then this is the product for you.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Not amazing, not bad either.
I bought the 1 mm and 2 mm in black for fun, and oh boy.the ink flows well for me, but only in one direction. It makes it a little odd to handle, like traditional dip pens. They're interesting to experiment with, but id never use these pens seriously. If you're looking for good copic liners, go with the Copic Multiliner Pens.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Not Much Ink
The ink is dense and seem fairly permanent. The pen performs nicely on coated paper but ran out of ink in less than 30 minutes of use.Though I will give it another chance, at this point I would hesitate to recommend this pen.

Good product for good price

This has a steady and smooth ink flow, but sometimes ink will bead up at the tip and cause ink splotches or uneven lining but overall a good product.

My husband and son are both artists, using pencil, marker and acrylics. I purchased these pens for them in use for their art, and they both love them. They have real nibs (not felt) and create very smooth and sharp lines, perfect for outlining and accents.

Ink is excellent but the tip skips at times
from Norfolk, VA
I love these pens-have purchased both F01and F02 in black, as well as SepiaF01. I love writing, journaling and doodling with the pens. I am fond of very fine lines and nibs, and these write the finest of any fountain pen I've used. That said, I have done a lot of calligraphy over the years and am quite used to the proper angle at which to hold the pen, but that could cause issues for others. I have even used one to zendoodle on a small canvas bag very successfully. I have never had any issue with the nib catching on the paper, but I have a light hand when writing. I would highly recommend this product.

Should have read the reviews first...
Why didn't I read the comments first? This pen is very rough, it actually eats into the paper! The flow is very inconsistent and it is not a good drawing or inking pen.
