The Copic Drawing Pen is a disposable fountain pen with a stainless steel tip that offers the feel and varying line width of a traditional fountain pen without the need to refill — no mess!
The Drawing Pen's bleedproof, pigment-based ink is great for sketchbooks or travel journals.
The Copic Drawing Pen is available in two line weights, 1 mm and 2 mm, and in two colors, Black and Sepia — for artists who want to impart an "Old World" quality to their work.
Shipping Note — Due to manufacturer distribution restrictions, Copic products cannot be shipped to addresses outside of North America.

I bought a FO1....not that happy
Comments about Copic Drawing Pen:
There is a hitch on the point so it doesn't move smoothly on the paper...maybe a larger point size would do a better job...
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

By Bad Experience
COPIC is my favorite pen maker so this pen was a big letdown. It is labeled as 1mm width but is closer to a .03mm.The ink flows inconsistently which requires going over thelines to lay color. Then the nib is so sharp that it catchesthe paper. Combine the sharp nib with the inconsistent inkflow and you get digs and cuts in the paper. The sepia ink is too red to be sepia and you can't add morecartridges. It's wasteful to send the pen to the landfill after one use.

great drawing pen

I've used other pens with refillable ink pods, they all dried out within a week or so which this pen does not, plus it give you the feeling you are using a fountain type pen without the mess.

I use this for writing notes, and I love very black and very fine lines for writing and notes.
Decent Fountain Pen Alternative
from Prospect, Ohio
I decided to give this product a shot because I have seen one of my favorite artists on Youtube use it. I don't enjoy fountain pens, but the ink was compatible with Copic Ciaos. On the 1 mm, the ink tended to skip. The 2 mm didn't seem to give me trouble. The ink, however, did nicely glide upon the Borden & Riley Paris Bleedproof Paper for Pens. For me, these products weren't my favorite. But, I have it on hand in case I need it. If you enjoy using fountain pens, then this is the product for you.

Not amazing, not bad either.
I bought the 1 mm and 2 mm in black for fun, and oh boy.the ink flows well for me, but only in one direction. It makes it a little odd to handle, like traditional dip pens. They're interesting to experiment with, but id never use these pens seriously. If you're looking for good copic liners, go with the Copic Multiliner Pens.
Not Much Ink
The ink is dense and seem fairly permanent. The pen performs nicely on coated paper but ran out of ink in less than 30 minutes of use.Though I will give it another chance, at this point I would hesitate to recommend this pen.
Merchant response: We're sorry to hear that this pen dried out so quickly. One of our Customer Care Representatives will be reaching out via email to assist you with this.
Good product for good price

This has a steady and smooth ink flow, but sometimes ink will bead up at the tip and cause ink splotches or uneven lining but overall a good product.
