If you use the other side it will not bleed through but it will still show color on the other sides, but it won't bleed if you use a million strokes. I have to admit the top is a weird surface which makes it look dotty(full of dots)

I have always been working with inks and markers in most of my drawings and although I used other types of paper like bristol even watercolor paper for that special touch, it wasn't enough for me. And that's where Copic Marker pads come in. I bought both sizes and seriously, I have never moved to another paper ever since. The quality of the piece and the colors pop out so much, it's crazy and I have used the pads with Copic Markers as well as with some Prismacolor ones and it's the same affect. It never bleeds underneath and although you have to let the ink dry, it's still worth it. I truly recommended.

The best paper for Copics. You will notice that it does not eat up as much of your ink as regular paper, and the colors look great. The paper is smooth and thin. The only problem is that if you darken your colors too much by laying down too much ink, the color may leak onto the page underneath. Always keep some scrap paper underneath just in case.
