Paint fast or paint slow with Chroma Atelier Interactive Acrylics!
Formulated using a patented technology, Atelier Interactive Acrylics offer artists a versatile set of working properties unlike those of any other paint. In application, they perform like conventional acrylics, allowing for traditional painting and glazing techniques. Yet they also give you unique control over the drying process — plus the ability to reactivate the paint, even when dry.
Professional-quality Atelier Interactive Acrylics are lightfast and archival, with exceptional consistency, brushability, and color load. They dry to a velvety satin finish. When purchased in 80 ml tubes, they offer one-third more paint than standard 60 ml tubes — and often costs less.

Comments about Chroma Atelier Interactive Artists' Acrylics:
These paints are new to me so I only purchased a few colors to try them out. Wow! The paint itself are rich, buttery, lushly creamy. I absolutely adore the Pacific Blue color. It's a little hard getting used to because like doing watercolor on Yupo, it lifts easily. But it's so much fun to go back and blend or to adjust colors... love it.I taught an acrylic class and introduced the product to the students. Great!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I love that you can re open them up, they blend so well, no chunky tacky mess when you open them back up most of the time water is enough, though the unlocking spray is Awesome! Very Happy with this paint. Great quality, great price!
Beautiful Paint with Great Versatility

I love the beauty of these acrylics! I haven't used the interlocking formula yet, probably because I'm still working traditional, but I like how you can go back and soften the edges with a little water without having to repaint. I like using the binder medium, tinted with the paints, to seal the subsurface of the canvas and create an underpainting. I can then "draw" on it without disturbing my underpainting and "erase" any mistakes by wiping with a damp cloth. Once dry, I can block in my colors without disturbing my underpainting.

I love Chroma Atelier Acrylics!

Dilute to use on watercolor paper. Sometimes I pastel on top. Love their modeling paste also to less expensively make great texture and then paint on top. I love to add medium and splatter, glaze and layer. Don't like it? Spray and open it back up to fix. Dries fast or slow depending on the medium.

Love these paints!!!!
from Nampa Idaho
I love using these paints. They are so creamy and do not dry as fast as other acrylic paints. Black art was great as I had ordered many different colors and 4 were dry and sticky. Block art refunded the cost without any hassles. I have bought more since my first order.

I am still getting used to this paint. Good coverage but gets sticky really quick. I was hoping to get better blend time but doesn't work for me.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Merchant response: Thank you for your review! Although the Atelier Interactive Acrylics are re-wettable, they don't really have a longer open time unless you add the Slow Medium that's available as an auxiliary for these paints. For more information, we hope you'll give us a call at 1-800-933-2542 (8am-5:30pm CST M-F) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

This was my first exposure to Atelier Interactive Acrylics and I was very pleaesed with the ease and versatility these paints offer. It allowed me the best of both worlds, quick drying time yet the ability to make corrections and enhancements given its unique nature not attributable with other acrylics. It's an excellent high quality paint at a very good price.
Best paint ever!

I love this product, so easy to use and blend, sea and sky, detail everything. Love the flexibility it offers.I have used it for landscapes, figures and fine detail. As easy as oil to blend, but dries so quickly that I can get right into detail close up. Love it! I will be ordering more very soon.

Latest use of this paint
Acrylics will never be the same again. Chroma Atelier Interactive Professional Artists Acrylic paint is both "traditional" and "revolutionary". Interactive, when used in conjunction with a simple water sprayer, can be kept wet and workable for as long as needed to complete and unify a painting — then dries rapidly as desired. It can even be "reopened" weeks and months later with the use of Unlocking Formula.
See Atelier Interactive acrylic paint in action. Internationally renowned artist Mitch Waite shows how Atelier Interactive acrylics can be used in traditional acrylic techniques or "re-opened" even days after the paint is dry for blending colors, removing paint and other special techniques.
