Painted a rainbow on my friends car, plus varnish. A day later she is reporting that it is flaking and melting off. I want my money back.

I purchased 16 jars of this paint to use on my vending wagon. The paint went on smoothly and looked fine. However when yesterdays rain started, the paint bubbled up and is coming off. 2 weeks of hard painstaking work and all for nothing. It says weather and water resistant and that it will not fade from UV light. DO NOT believe when they say this is paint that will withstand the weather...Horrible product.
