Terrible quality templates!

Comments about Chartpak Pickett Circle Templates:
These are extremely thin, flimsy, low quality and expensive. They have nubs and don't lie flat on one side. They can not be used with an Exacto blade for cutting shapes - way to thin. They should sell for about 0.99 cents each... complete rip off! The green architecture ones are of much better quality and if you can find metal (rare) or harden plastic alternatives - please do. I can't believe these are sold at prices like this... they must cost 10 cents or less to manufacture
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have had little need for circle templates with computers being where they are today, but recently the need came up on a project and I had to buy one - I had given all of mine away to students years ago.Anyhow, the quality of this was not to great. Nothing compared to the quality of the ones I used in the 1980's and early 90's. This was very flimsy and thin and warped, it is difficult to use because of this. I can't say it is horrible, but it is just not on par with the quality I was used to.

Great buy! I think the price could have been a little less but they are around the same price everywhere and even more if you buy it from an actual store. So if your looking for a good circle template. This is what to get. Great buy! Worth it!

I can't say anything good or bad about this template. I have several other templates from many years ago and I like them better for my purpose. This one has many "points" that hold the template above the drawing surface. This is to keep ink from seeping under the template and ruining the drawing. With my Micron pens, this isn't a problem. I find the distance between the template and paper allows a lack of precision in making the circle if I am not careful. I tend to use it upside down for this reason, and my comment, then, isn't a big deal.
