Gerald "Jerry" F. Brommer is a renowned artist, author, educator, juror, and scholar. He is the acknowledged master of watercolor and collage painting methods, which he originated and has taught for many years.
He is both author and editor of more than 35 art books, many of which are used as texts in art schools and colleges, as well as 30 instructional posters.
