It is going to do the job.

Comments about Inovart Cardboard Looms:
I bought enough for my camp kids but it is pretty hard getting the yarn on there. It is going to get the job done but I don't think they will be reusable because the cardboard gets flimsy when you thread the yarn, I was hoping they could be used multiple times.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Student Style Looms

Purchased these for a class of third graders. The size, durability, value and quality were very good. The problem, and it is major, is the design of the tabs which become slots for the warp. At best, all one can do is fold them back and they are still in the way of "little fingers." The tab issue requires a lot of adult preparation before child use.

The loom is made from cardboard, about the same thickness as a shipping box. The tabs are kind of hard to separate to string it. One tab almost broke off. Does the job. My daughter is very happy with it.

Great Product and I love the size variations, it makes it easier to transition t different projects. Also, having these already pre-cut save so much time trying to create your own or have students make them. Kids have enjoyed making placements and scarves for their friends and families! Fun project!

Great for elementary weaving
this is ideal for elementary weaving projects like a bookmark- the kids loved working on their own loom!

Had to re-cut edges
from Evansville, IN
A very cost-effective loom, however, I have had re-cut all of the "pre-cut" notches. While this wouldn't be a big deal if it was for 1 pack, I am a teacher so I have had to cut 70+ looms. Might as well have recycled for all the work I had to put into them myself.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The weaving loom is a handy portable craft. My daughter takes it to camp to keep busy during the down time. She did bend the edges a bit so I made a cardboard sleeve for it so it doesn't get crushed in her backpack. The best thing is that she likes it. I will use it for both cub scouts and girl scouts for a filler activity.
