Comments about Canson Blank Greeting Cards:
I just used my crystal brusho water colors on these cards last night and they dried beautifully. Since the paper is somewhat thin it starts to curl in the areas that more water is used but that is my only complaint..which really isn't one anyway since it is inevitable with semi thin paper and water colors. Cant wait to give these cards to my loved ones this weekend as thank yous! I would purchase these again.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Usable, but not great for watercolor
I've used Canson watercolor paper before, and I enjoy making watercolor greeting cards, so I thought this would be perfect. No so. The size is just right, but in terms of the material as watercolor paper - no. It does not react to the paints like true watercolor paper. So, I'm back to just using a pad and cutting to size.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

These are nicer then the Strathmore cards, but also more expensive. Making cards for sale I would use these instead of the other ones.
Love the bulk rate price.
Love the opportunity for reduced prices when buying in bulk

Great water color cards.

Although a bit smaller than the Avery cards I have used for yearsI can now use water color and water color pencils with water brushes. No more bleeding thŗough or puffing up.
I would buy this product again for my daughter!
from Chicago, IL.
This item was purchased for my daughter for Christmas. She's an artist and she LOVES Blicks! Use to shop there often in her collage years so I thought, what better place to shop for her for Christmas gifts!?

USE PRIMARILY FOR BIRTHDAY CARDS. WOULDN'T MIND PAYING MORE FOR A CARD OF 300 LBS. SO THE PAINT WOULD FLOW A BIT BETTER. POSSIBILITY????
