Excellent surface for airbrush illustration
By Rod Rosa

Comments about Borden & Riley Airbrush Pad:
I have been using this product for illustration airbrush studies for about 2 weeks. They detach easily from the pad without tearing and have great absorptive properties. I just wish they would erase with slightly less "pealing" while using a fiberglass eraser. Overall a very good product.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I will buy this product again and again
from Roseburg, OR
I am a paper artist. Pretty long time I've been looking for a good quality very white, thick paper with smooth surface for my sculptures. I love B&R airbrush paper. This is perfect paper for my projects.

I've been using B&R airbrush paper for years. Excellent quality and value. Very white paper and smooth surface. Colors are bright. I use watercolor as my medium in the airbrush. Never had the surface to lift when using frisket or tape, lifting is often the result of cutting thru the surface of the paper and letting water get under the layers. The weight is heavier than bristol which I prefer.

NEVER buying this again for airbrush!
By Revelation artist

I made a big mistake in believing the name given to this pad. I have been a professional airbrush artist for 25 years and I must say this is the worst surface I have ever worked on. I could find no good qualities concerning the use specified by its name as an airbrush surface. A big misnomer, so don't get it if you do serious airbrush illustration. It will let you down, and when you are working on a big job for a client a surface must be dependable. This is not! Too absorbent, preventing a sharp edge. Colors soak into the surface, so that the colors are muted instead of being brilliant. Surface is too soft to hold up to frisket or masking and when pulled off, the frisket takes some of the surface with it!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
