1/2" Fur wildlife brush
By Linda Gibson
from Bemidji, MN
Comments about Bob Ross Wildlife Brushes:
I LOVE this brush! I paint animals in oil and this has become my go-to brush. I love it so much that I bought two extras in case the one I am using is damaged. The brush is constructed with bristles that narrow down to a few spritzy long bristles at the end, enough to hold paint well but still allow the thinnest of strokes. By pressing harder the strokes will flare. I couldn't be more pleased with this find!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Very poor quality (Wildlife Eye Brush)
from San Francisco, CA
I bought this brush because I like to paint in fine detail. I figured a brush meant to paint tiny eyes would fit the bill. It started out okay (actually a bit too soft and a bit too long for my use), but almost immediately, the brush hairs began to fray and drag paint along side any fine line I tried to draw. I tried cutting those hairs off with scissors, lol, but it just keeps happening. Tossing in the trash, I guess. Definitely looking for a new brush.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Great Brushes that, with proper care, last a long time.

The brushes work well for wildlife, but equally well for florals.

Bob Ross Wildlife Eye and Fur Brushes
from Oliver, B.C. Canada
The fur brush is what i needed to complete my work on Wolf Puppies. I used it to get the soft outer coat of the pups to look realistic. I had tried making a fur brush myself, using pinking shears. Ha Ha! I find it works well for Acrylic, Oil, but not as well for watercolour. I would reccomend this brush to other painters.
