I was hoping the inside color of the frame was more of a wood color like the picture online implied. I did not know what Burlwood looks like, but the picture didn't look as bright an orange as the product.

These frames look great! I had to complete the framing of my manager's professional licenses. He had three older "oak-type" frames that are no longer really popular. I chose three of these frames which give the certificates the look of having a mat as well as a frame and have a nice, rich color. I then chose three frames of another shade that compliments the others to give the collection a nice complimentary blend of shades. These frames are the nicest part of the grouping.

The most important thing for me when choosing a frame is "how will it compliment or enhance the painting". My second consideration is construction and the third price. I have ordered most of my frames from Dick Blick because I have been able to find all three of my cinsiderations in one place. My only problem is I wish they carried even MORE styles, for their frames are the best ready-made frames I have found for the price anywhere.

this is a very good frame. It doesn,t come with a back or glass nor did I see an option to add them. That is the only negative I see with tis frame. You have to go through extra work to be able to use it. One frame was damaged a little due to improper packing but not too bad.

I found these on sale with free shipping and it couldn't have been a better purchase. They shipped quickly and were in perfect shape when they arrived at my house.
