I start using them in a course call the 5 pencils method were we do a lot of shading .
They work wery well for me. You always get a very good point.That is crutial for the 5 pencil method.

I suspect these are Koh-i-Noor leads as they behave in a very similar manner to the 2mm leads Koh-i-Noors I use in my Clutch Pencils. There are occasional changes in hardness in the lead, but not too bad. In general these are OK for drawing and may be the best out there at the present. Nobody beat the old Berol Turquoise pencils and 2mm leads, but except for some 2H, 4H and 6H 2 mm leads, I am all out and miss them terribly. I think these may be the best alternative at present.

when i first saw them, i thought they looked like some steadlers, but when i got some, they're just not that good. they're in between horrible school pencils, and actually valuable pencils. if you're a hobbyist, looking for some decent pencils that are satisfying but nothing special, these are a great deal.
