These are excellent brushes especially when one factors in the price. I've only used the smaller-sized brushes (I do extremely detailed work)and they work like a charm!

These brushes are great for details such as eye lashes, fur and tiny lines.

I'm mainly interested that the tip comes to a nice point and maintains its shape. These brushes do that very nicely.

I like these better than the Blick Master Male Kolinsky brushes. They keep their shape and the paint on the handle does not swell and peel. If properly cared for they will last a very long time.

I have been very pleased with the technical ability of these brushes. The filaments deliver paint well, are very absorbent and seem to be performing well (I have had them almost one year). While they retain some color stain, they clean easily and thoroughly. My "but" refers to the painted finish on the handles. On several of my brushes, the black matte finish has split and is peeling off revealing the unfinished wood underneath.I take very good care of my brushes and do not believe this should happen.
