The Blick Grande Floater Frame features a 1-3/8" thick moulding — for when you want to make a grand statement! Three color combinations are available in a variety of popular sizes to accommodate 3/4" deep or 1-1/2" deep canvases. Great care is taken in finishing the wood, and all colors are hand-applied. The Gold Leaf frame features several brush coats of gold leaf, and the Gold Crackle frame achieves its distinctive appearance via a special burnishing technique.

Because our Blick Grande Floater Frames are finished using an "Old World" technique, the individual leaves are separated by a visible line. This thin line is inherent to the hand-leafing process and should not be considered a defect in the frame’s appearance.

Note — Frames are sized by the opening, not by the outside of the molding. To determine the size of frame to order, measure the outside of your artwork and order that size frame.

Frame Depth — To find a frame that will accommodate your artwork, measure the depth of the artwork, including any matting or mounting materials, and order a frame with a depth that is, at a minimum, the same as that measured depth.
